In-depth exploration of your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and emotional well-being. You'll receive a personalized wellness plan including the basics of Ayurveda so you can take charge or your own health
Initial consultations are 90 minutes to allow for a thorough assessment. Follow-up sessions may be shorter or longer based on your needs. We use Zoom video conferencing if in person assessment does not work in your circumstance.
Consultations are nonrefundable. From the time of purchase, you have a 6 month window to complete your consultation. We recommend scheduling sooner than later as availability times fill up quickly.
